NEAA Digital LTD ("we," "our," or "us") operates 3 Word Day, a journaling application that allows users to record daily reflections and, for professionals, to connect with and view client journal entries. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted form). For professional accounts, we also collect payment information through our payment processor, Stripe.
2.2 Journal Entries
We store your journal entries, including the three words you enter, mood selections, and any optional notes. This data is encrypted and stored securely.
2.3 Professional Relationships
For professional accounts, we store information about your linked clients, including invite codes and relationship data. For personal accounts linked to professionals, we store the relationship information necessary to share your entries with your linked professional.
2.4 Payment Information
Professional accounts are charged £25 per month through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe handles all payment processing and stores payment information in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance standards.
2.5 Usage Data
We may collect information about how you use the service, such as when you log in, which features you use, and technical information about your device and browser.

We use third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing and hosting providers for data storage. These services are bound by confidentiality agreements and only process data as necessary to provide their services.
4.3 Legal Requirements

8. Guest Mode
